By using RLinks ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RLinks provides URL shortening services with integrated monetization. The Service includes:

• URL shortening with custom short links (rlinks.app/xxx)
• Click analytics and tracking
• rCAPTCHA bot protection with credit earnings for publishers
• Reward system for users who click shortened links
• Geographic and device analytics

3. Account and Usage

To create shortened links, you must have a Rewarders.App account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities under your account
• Ensuring shortened URLs comply with these Terms

4. Monetization and Credits

RLinks offers free URL shortening with built-in monetization:

• Users who click your links complete rCAPTCHA verifications
• Each verification earns you credits
• Credits are converted to cash monthly
• Clickers earn reward points for completing verifications

By using the Service, you acknowledge that users clicking your shortened links will complete rCAPTCHA verifications before being redirected.

5. Prohibited Content

You may NOT create shortened links to:

• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Phishing sites or scams
• Illegal content (piracy, drugs, weapons, etc.)
• Adult content (NSFW material)
• Spam or misleading content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Sites that promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination

We reserve the right to disable any shortened link that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Link Behavior and Redirects

When users click your shortened links:

• They will see a brief rCAPTCHA verification page
• Upon successful verification, they earn reward points
• You earn credits for the verification
• The user is then redirected to the destination URL

Attempts to circumvent the verification page or automate clicks will result in account suspension.

7. Analytics and Data

We collect and provide analytics on your shortened links, including:

• Click count and timestamps
• Geographic location (country, city)
• Device type and browser information
• Referrer information

By using the Service, you consent to this data collection and agree to comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when sharing shortened links.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but the Service is provided "AS IS" without guarantees. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Perform maintenance that may cause temporary downtime
• Disable or delete links that violate these Terms
• Update these Terms with 30 days notice

9. Payment Terms

Credits earned through rCAPTCHA verifications are subject to:

• Minimum payout threshold of $10.00 USD
• Monthly payout processing on the 1st of each month
• PayPal, Venmo, or cryptocurrency payment options
• Fraud detection and verification before payout

We reserve the right to withhold payouts for suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: automated clicks, bot traffic, or self-clicking.

10. Link Expiration and Deletion

Shortened links remain active indefinitely unless:

• You delete them from your dashboard
• They violate these Terms
• Your account is terminated
• They receive no clicks for 2+ years

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Creating links to prohibited content
• Attempts to game the credit system

Upon termination, all shortened links will be disabled and earned credits below the minimum threshold will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RLINKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RLinks and Rewarders.App from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Content you link to using the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
