1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RLinks ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

RLinks is operated by Rewarders Network ("we," "us," or "our") and provides a reward-based link shortening service where both link creators and clickers earn rewards.

2. Service Description

RLinks provides:

  • URL shortening and redirection services
  • Click tracking and analytics
  • Revenue sharing for link creators (from advertisements)
  • Reward points for end users who click links
  • Custom short codes and branded links
  • Link expiration and password protection

3. Account Types and Earnings

3.1 Free Account

  • Unlimited short links - No monthly limits
  • Click analytics - Real-time tracking dashboard
  • Revenue share: 60% of ad revenue per click
  • Minimum payout: $10.00 via PayPal or crypto
  • Interstitial ads: 5-second wait page before redirect
  • Support: Email support with standard response times

3.2 Revenue Model

Per click revenue distribution (Link Creator: 60%):

  • Link Creator: 60% of ad revenue (credited to your account)
  • End User (Clicker): 20% as reward points (redeemable)
  • Platform: 20% (infrastructure, development, support)

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT create short links to:

  • Illegal content (piracy, hacking, drugs, weapons, etc.)
  • Malware, viruses, or phishing sites
  • Adult/pornographic content (18+ sites)
  • Hate speech, violence, or terrorism
  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Spam or misleading content
  • Child exploitation material (zero tolerance)

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate fake clicks or traffic (click fraud)
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to inflate clicks
  • Click your own links to earn revenue (self-clicking)
  • Encourage others to repeatedly click your links
  • Manipulate or bypass our tracking systems
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
  • Share links in spam comments or unsolicited messages

5. Click Validation and Fraud Prevention

We employ advanced fraud detection to ensure legitimate traffic:

  • IP rate limiting: 1 credited click per IP per link per 24 hours
  • Bot detection: Automated traffic is filtered out
  • Referrer validation: Suspicious referrers are flagged
  • User agent analysis: Non-browser traffic is rejected
  • Geographic verification: VPN/proxy traffic may be filtered

Only clicks passing all validation checks will generate earnings. We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspicious activity.

6. Payouts and Withdrawals

6.1 Payment Methods

Minimum: $10 PayPal, or higher for crypto.

  • PayPal: Minimum $10.00
  • Bitcoin: Minimum $25.00 (BTC)
  • Ethereum: Minimum $25.00 (ETH)
  • Bank transfer: Minimum $100.00 (custom plans only)

6.2 Payout Schedule

  • Payout requests processed within 7 business days
  • Earnings older than 90 days may be subject to review
  • Failed payouts (invalid PayPal, etc.) will be returned to balance

6.3 Withholding Rights

We reserve the right to withhold or forfeit earnings if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Your account violates these Terms
  • You provide false payout information
  • Your account is terminated for violations

7. Link Ownership and Control

  • You retain ownership of your destination URLs and content
  • You grant us the right to redirect traffic through our service
  • We may disable links violating our Acceptable Use Policy without notice
  • Custom short codes are assigned first-come, first-served
  • We reserve certain short codes (admin, api, www, etc.)
  • Inactive accounts (12+ months) may have links recycled

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Link creators: Email, payment info, link destinations, analytics
  • End users: Hashed IP addresses, user agent, referrer, timestamps
  • Data retention: 90 days for analytics, 7 years for financial records
  • GDPR compliance: EU users have right to access, rectify, erase data

9. Service Availability

  • Uptime target: 99.5% (free tier), 99.9% (paid plans)
  • Scheduled maintenance: Announced 24 hours in advance when possible
  • Emergency maintenance: May occur without notice
  • No SLA: Free tier has no uptime guarantees

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon deletion:

  • All your short links will be immediately deactivated
  • Pending earnings below minimum payout will be forfeited
  • Personal data will be deleted within 30 days (per GDPR)

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in click fraud or abuse
  • You create links to prohibited content
  • Your account is inactive for 24+ months
  • We are required to do so by law

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, SPECIFIC EARNINGS AMOUNTS, OR THAT YOUR LINKS WILL WORK INDEFINITELY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REWARDERS NETWORK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU EARNED IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewarders Network from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Content you link to via our service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any fraudulent or abusive activity on your account

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
